Popis: | 107 With the prevalence of Taiwanese coffee culture in recent years, the rise of the specialty coffee market, more people's lives are inseparable from coffee. Drinking coffee is not just a physiological demand, it has become a fashion and popular. Nowadays, people's life quick and stressful, people have begun to learn to slow down in their free time, has a habit to drink a cup of coffee at the coffee shop, read a book, in the afternoon. Except for the black coffee group, non-black coffee group is also very particular about it. At this time, the presentation of a cup of latte art is very important. The coffee makes it not only the taste of the cup of coffee, but also the visual perception. The combination of coffee and art will promote the coffee to higher quality and enjoyment. This creation is based on the latte art techniques and is based on the combination of color and pattern to form a beautiful latte art painting. Through this creation, the concept of emotional imagery and color vision is used, because of the different techniques of latte art, the graphics are also different. The creation of coffee pull flowers is very wonderful, so that the latte art is no longer just two colors, The study uses three patterns of onion heart, leaves and tulips, and combined with four colors: yellow, green, red and blue, it shows the beauty of color combined with latte art. Through the literature, this author explores the analysis of consumer behavior, perceptual engineering, color vision and emotional cognition, and uses the creations conduct in-depth interview analysis to learn how consumers make choices, with "emotional imagery" and "emotional design". Three original reasons, such as "emotional theory", "color psychology", "consumer behavior", are used to analyze the fascinating factor with Evaluation Grid Method (EGM). Based on twenty-one specific glamour factors and twenty-nine abstract glamour factors are analyzed. This study created the three kinds of graphics are designed with "onion heart - warm heart", "leaf – joyful golden pothos", "tulip – declaration of love" to show the innovative latte art. Then, the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to explore the attributes and satisfaction that consumers attention to. This study analyzes the techniques required to make latte art with coloration, and combines creation with consumer behavior for professionals to achieve technical advancement and meet consumer demand. |
