In the tourism industry, the guided tour is the most important person in the itinerary. Therefore, how to combine the practice and improve the professional quality and interpretation quality of the guide commentary is really important. In addition, I have been engaged in guided tour guides for more than a decade. During my practice, I found that some methods and techniques are that guides can improve and improve the quality of navigation. For a long time, In Taiwan has always neglected the importance of the value of tourism industry. Although the number of foreign tourists has grown in recent years, the supporting plans and policies required for the tourism industry are not yet complete, which is worth studying. The concept and impression of the guide commentator and the general sightseeing tour guide have been very vague, and the concept of the ability to explain the professional ability and quality of the commentary has not been popularized.In the course of the research, mainly based on the relevant literature, and then discussed with Professor Chuang, Ching-Ta and Professor Huang, Yen- Chen.The main functions of the semi-structured interview questions are drawn up for interviews, and the follow-up design questionnaire is used to conduct a guided survey to understand the key points of the guided explanation.Based on the research interviews and questionnaire analysis, the conclusions are made and recommendations are made. This study identifies the conceptual architecture of its future training guide narrators based on the interview results.Such as: training and training guides to explain the personnel method, enhance the professional oral training and oral expression knowledge necessary for the guide commentary, and recommend the guides to actively promote themselves through the satisfaction of performance after the explanation ability training.The research suggests that it is necessary to plan a guided explanation course suitable for tourism traits,enhance the education of the knowledge and oral skills of sightseeing resources, the necessity of establishing a professional function certification system, and the familiarity of destinations. |
