With the improvement of living standards, Taiwanese people pay more attention to the activities of leisure and entertainment. Sightseeing tourism has become an indispensable part of everyone's life. Sightseeing tourism activities can enhance intimate relationship between parents and children, and also promote the social connection. “Food and beverage” is one of the indispensable major items, and the two are mutual and drive business opportunities. Therefore, this study takes “Research on Travelers' Eating Behaviors - A Case Study of E-DA Theme Park” as a study area .To explore the influence of travelers in the amusement park on the catering experience and quality links. A total of 328 questionnaires were issued in this study. The complete questionnaire and valid questionnaires totaled 302, and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 92.1%. The research methods were analyzed by descriptive statistics for the background sample composition of the park visitors. The reliability analysis, the chi-square test, the independent sample t-test, and the single factor variance analysis were performed for each verification. The results show as follow. The importance of travelers’ attitude towards the quality of catering service is the highest expectation of the service attitude of staff. The importance of the catering environment and the cleanliness of travelers is the most important for the cleaning and sanitation of container. There is a significant difference in the catering environment and the cleanliness of catering environment for gender of travelers. There are significant differences in the quality of catering services for ages of travelers. Whether the location of restaurant and the clarity of description on the DM affect the willingness to consume have significant differences in the quality of catering services. Travelers in marital status have significant differences in amount of consumption. Travelers of different ages have significant differences in the quality of catering services.
