Popis: | 107 The sales of the auto parts in the markets are getting more unpredictable these days. Therefore, it is the marketing strategies that count to make the businesses successful. Also, being able to keep track of what will be going on with the rapid changes of surrounding industries has lent a hand to boost the more competitive businesses. The crux of this paper investigates the key factors of successful marketing strategies about the sales of the auto parts based on the thesis-related data, analyzing the results of case-by-case interviews through Porter five factors analysis and SWOP, respectively. Finally, this paper further provides auto-part manufacturers with effective suggestions that enhance marketing strategies for the future management. |
