With the changes of the times, social media has become the place where people often express their ideas. It is not just a link between friends' feelings. It is also a place that can't be ignored. The recommendation, the box-opening and even the customer complaints are often in the social media. The emergence, even the dynamics of competitors, the discovery of potential customers, can find important information from social media. This study uses Market Insights in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to combine customer engagement and try to search for topics from different fields. And confirmed that this system can be used by users in different fields, from the search settings to set keywords that want to capture social media, and through the system to analyze the often appearing phrases and positive and negative indicators, through this system to obtain the public in the community The idea of focusing on the issues of concern to them in the group media is aimed at being closer to the public's ideas.
