Popis: | 107 T Company is a 100-year-old company with more than 26,000 employees. Under the impact of external environment and long-term internal accumulation, employee management has always been an important issue for corporate’s management.Therefore, this study used the T Company as the target to explore whether fairness perception, job involvement and job satisfaction have significant impacts on organizational identity. A sample of 405 valid questionnaires was collected by means of convenient sampling method. The exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis methods are used to validate the hypotheses and verify the impacts of fairness perception, job involvement and job satisfaction on organizational identity.The results of this study were as following:The fairness perception,of employees has significant positive impacts on job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational identity.Besides,both job involvement and job satisfaction have significant positive impacts on organizational identity. In addition, job involvement and job satisfaction have partial mediation effects between fairness perception and organizational identity. Finally, based on the research results, practical suggestions are proposed for enterprises to develop human resource management strategies. |
