Popis: | 107 The aim of this thesis is in terms of dogmatic perspective to provide a basis for the theory of organizational perpetration in Taiwan. As a form of indirect perpetration, there has always been highly controversies between control-theory and the principle of responsibility. Therefore, this thesis attempts through the comparison and analysis of many cases of forced and error perpetration to illustrate that the principle of responsibility is not an unassailable standard. At the same time, the foundation of organizational perpetration is strengthened by making room for control-theory. In the aspect of organizational perpetration, this thesis provides a detailed introduction and evaluation of the initial concept, related disputes, alternative models, theoretical variations and enterprise application. Furthermore, in addition to adopting the integral theoretical sketch of organizational perpetration, this thesis also reduces the related disputes of organizational perpetration and breaks through some positive and negative points of view, so that organizational perpetration can be used in the field of enterprise. |
