| Popis: | 107 The technical services provided by domestic aircraft design manufacturers have a great influence on aircraft maintenance, and as an important key to the success of fleet management, its role and positioning has more research value. This research is to explore the benefits and functions of technical services in fleet management through literature research and practical experience, and to analyze the traits and expertise of resident technical representatives, and to provide a clear blueprint for those who interested in technical service, and to expect that the research results could help domestic aircraft design manufacturers to improve and upgrade their technical services, and to provide reference for domestic technical service industry. The object of this research questionnaire is based on the maintenance personnel of the current domestic aircraft use units, and discusses from the three major levels and eleven facets. According to the research structure and reference materials, questionnaire design, questionnaire survey, data collation and analysis, conclusions and suggestions, and factor analysis are used to determine the appropriateness of the questionnaires to determine the weight of each indicator to highlight the technical services that the units values. The contribution of this research is to sort out the most recognized technical services, which must have good communication skills and team coordination, and establish a project team to communicate with relevant departments to communicate the work of various departments, timely meet the needs of aircraft use units, and effectively solve the difficult problems arising from the operation and maintenance of aircraft systems by the users (including engineering, technology and logistics problems). This research can provide a fairly reliable information and refined service content direction for the domestic aerospace industry, and to meet the needs of maintenance personnel and maintain good technical service quality, in order to effectively improve the efficiency of fleet management. |
