The assessment of the location of the factory and the location of the factory is an indicator that the global large-scale manufacturers pay considerable attention to in pursuit of cost-saving and large-scale labor after the industrial revolution. Since the Second World War, the rise of capitalism and technological advancement, global manufacturers have begun to pursue a large number of rapid factory manufacturing to replace the previous manual operations, coupled with the need for a large number of manpower and raw materials in the manufacturers' factories, many advanced countries to retain domestic Resources and lower personnel costs, most manufacturing factories will consider setting up abroad, especially in some undeveloped countries as the main set of factory indicators, such as early Japan, Taiwan, China to today's India, Southeast Asia ... and so on. And because there are quite a few factors to consider, the tangible cost can be estimated from the known cost tax rate, exchange rate, interest rate, and labor rate, but the investment conditions of different countries, especially in laws and regulations and cultural environment, because they are managed The unfamiliarity of the factory site, the unoptimized local management system, and the business goal of the company are to reduce the related costs at a glance, but to conceal the problem of factory and local labor integration into the system, which eventually leads to the outbreak of labor and capital tensions. This study used a case study method to study the leading company of switching power supply manufacturing company K. Discuss how the company's senior executives consider the location of overseas factories, the local factory employees' strike crisis management, and the implementation of corporate social responsibility. In order to reduce labor costs, companies should comply with Cambodian labor laws and cooperate with local trade unions to solve factory operations. Staff strikes and employee salaries and other related issues, further enhance employee welfare policies and implement ethical standards related to corporate social responsibility, conduct analysis and conduct research.
