The project overview mainly tells manufacturers to use agile development process clearly. The project schedule is divided into requirements exploration, iterative development and final project management.Project requirements are split into overall requirements and project work contents. The project work contents are the items of the single iteration, including team member's plan, meeting plan, and test case plan et.In addition, the contents of needed contract and the contents of the tendering instructions are also adjusted and modified for bidding.
