| Popis: | 107 The Wooden Floor Enterprise in Singapore was established by its founder in Singapore in the 1970s. Its main business is the production, installation, maintenance and repair of wooden floor, which extends to wooden products such as wooden ceiling, stairs and handrails. From operating individual businesses to cooperating with government tendering projects; From private houses to flats and high-end apartments, it has been the longest running and best service enterprise in the wood floor industry in Singapore. Its smooth and successful implementation of the cause of the second generation, and a breakthrough and innovation has become a model for other enterprises to follow. During the years of operation, the individual enterprise has been constantly summarizing, introspection and improvement, forming its own operation mode with unique characteristics, which makes the enterprise have remarkable development in terms of economic benefits and social influence. Its management strategy, product quality assurance, talent selection and training, corporate social responsibility and other aspects have its unique, quite valuable research and reference. Faced with the upgrading and application of Internet technology, traditional industries are faced with great challenges and opportunities. Echelon construction and talent selection and cultivation are the foundation and driving force of establishing a permanent enterprise. |
