These organizations have inhabited an important role in both establishment and perfection of socialist market economy, whilst they are characterized by vital significance of value in safeguarding the sound and stable development of society and economy. As the deepening of reform and rapid development of society and economy in China, social organizations have been a supporting force for the economic development in the perfection of socialist market economy, which can stimulate the energy of the society and promote the construction of harmony society in an active way. Hence, it is an inevitable trend to develop social organizations in the construction of the society. However, passion and enthusiasm are not enough for the operation of social organizations, and it is more urgent to build a sound operation system and management pattern. When an organization has innovative motivation, clear mission and effective management, and its operation model can be agreed by its object of service, it can come to develop and boost, thus strengthening its own influence and winning the support from the society. Therefore, apart from a good motivation of foundation, social organizations should have clear mission, identified target, correct strategy and effective operation pattern so as to ensure its sound development in the long run. At present, Chinese social organizations are still in the initial stage, so there are still many shortages, including the lack of ability to develop; immature social organization system; lack of independency, innovation and autonomy; inadequate supporting policy by government; low recognition and participation of the public, etc. As such, the paper makes explanation and analyzes practical cases from the aspects of their history, current situation and innovation in operation and introduces an application value model of social organizations in an innovative manner. In addition, with the reference of experience of social organizations in developed countries, the paper, combined with the development of the society in China, analyzes their new manifestation pattern of value and its innovative operation model and value of the platform in depth through practice. It is an academic study on the value of social organizations, which will be a complementation and strengthening for eh innovation and application of operation model of social organizations. Moreover, it may develop a new branch in the application study and promote the emergency of a new round of social value, which is of great significance of study. Hence, the paper is dedicated to drive the development ideology of social organizations and the reform and innovation of policy system, promote the establishment and perfection of supervision system for social organizations, strengthen the regulation on the negative effect of social organizations, enhance the independency and autonomy of their management and operation, advance the public to inspect social organizations in an open and transparent manner, promote the innovation of their value creation, explore an effective way for social organizations to play their own functions, stimulate the energy of the social organizations, through the study on innovative application value model. Hereby, social organizations can serve the society with an ambitious mission and responsibility, create value for people, fulfill the desire of care, free health, security, fairness and justice of the whole society, and build a broad prospect, deep influence and solid status in the international community. With all these efforts, social organizations can accomplish innovative development and sustainable prosperity. |
