With the experience of the author, the leave of the key employee of the enterprise will affect the growth and efficient. And the key point is the tacit knowledge define, visibility and the transform. There is a relationship between the tacit knowledge and the growth of the organization. Employee function division change, technical upgrade and other revolution during growth will create new tacit knowledge and trigger more transform with loss. In this document, we try to discuss how to use the latest information technology to improve the transfer, store, index, Indicate out creative ideas with less transfer loss. Analysis the relationship between tacit knowledge and the growth of an enterprise, especially during the start-up period. Try to find out how the employee increasing, collaboration, technical upgrade, market changing to affect the transmission of tacit knowledge in the organization. Try to show the tacit knowledge transmit path and model, and when something loose while new part created. Try to find out if we can change the tacit knowledge transmit, store and index with the information technology. Then try to help the enterprise to migrate the personal based tacit knowledge to enterprise property.
