| Popis: | 107 Professional athletes have reduced the opportunity and time to learn the second feat because they have received professional training and team life; Professional athletes have a limited and short-term sports career. The average age of 28 to 35 years old will face the problem of retirement. However, the life planning and development after retirement is rarely paid attention to, resulting in no life and no way of life after retirement. Research purposes: This study is to understand the career planning and development of SBL players after retirement. Research methods: (1)the SBL retired players as the research object, the purchasing quality research method, using semi-structured in-depth interviews, the interview data for content analysis; (2) through the papers, journals, books and other related literature, collect and organize the interview outline. The results of the study: (1) the movement of athletes to professional athletes is not an easy task. In addition to their own efforts and perseverance, the mastery of opportunities and their peers, family members, coaches, etc., are also important factors affecting the development of their history; (2) athletes should plan and cultivate second expertise early, so that future career development will be more yuan and more selective; (3)when the sports career changes, the habits and attitudes established by long-term professional sports, such as perseverance, persistence, teamwork, etc., can be turned into a kind of help. |
