Popis: | 107 The purpose of this study is to discuss the working experience of the female physical education leader of the National Primary School. According to the researchers statistics from the 103th to the 106th academic year, the number of female physical education leaders in the National Primary School is dropping to 25%. The researcher is also the physical education leader who just took this job in the 107th academic year. Since she has lots of reflection on this job, she wants to clarify the problems which female physical education leader may face when doing this job through this research. Moreover, being a female physical education leader, her job and life have changed under the workplace with gender stereotypes. Purpose: To find out the work experiences of female physical education leader. Method: Taking a case study of four female physical education leaders, after researching and sampling, using semi-structured interviews, the interview content will be compiled into the research text, and the conclusion will be analyzed through crystallization. Result: Firstly, physical education leaders need to spend time on taking school team to the competitions, which means the time of accompanying family may be sacrificed. Also, the female physical education leaders are difficult to make choices between family and work, and usually have conflicts with family due to work. Secondly, the interpersonal relationship and interactive skills at work are the focus of communication and are closely related to the individual. Finally, women need to be approved in the professional field so that they can have respects form others in this field. The most important reason for being a female physical education leader is to see the improvement of children and seek recognition from others in the field of physical education. Last but not least, the researcher hopes that this study can raise more empathy and concerns on female physical education leaders. |
