This study aims to explore the immersive multi-intelligence courses for novice Chinese language teachers for American kids. Explore not only teaching knowledge of Chinese language teacher for American kids, but also examining Chinese language teacher’s Self-growth in immersion program. And also advising how to develop in Chinese language teacher for kids are the purpose of the study. In research methods, document analysis and narrative research methods were used in the study. First, collecting the teaching knowledge of Chinese language teacher for kids, and then organizing the teaching knowledge of Chinese language teacher for American kids. During the research period, researcher takes action research via narrative, focusing on the difficulties Chinese language teacher for kids encountered in teaching and the Self-reflection. After collecting and analyzing, the results of this research are as follows: 1.Chinese language teacher for American kids must have a combination of cross-domain knowledge and strong connotation. 2.Chinese language teacher can improve the teaching result via reflection. (1) Chinese language teacher for kids is short of immersive teaching knowledge. (2) Multi-intelligent theory integrates the teaching process in immersion program can help the learning result. (3) The effect of senior students in modern technology and application is obviously higher than lower grade students (4) Chinese language teacher for kids should have the ability to deal with emergencies. 3. Researcher's reflection and Self-specialized growth. On the basis of the above conclusions, several suggestions are proposed for kid’s Chinese language teacher and future researchers.
