This research adopted method of questionnaires which contain a total of 630 effective samples, then adopted reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, Descriptive Statistics, Independent t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Linear Regression Analysis, and Logistic Regression Analysis to deal with them. The results were as follows: 1.“Teenage Mental Health Status Questionnaire” based on factor and reliability analysis results, those considering factors can be summarized into four categories: psychophysiologiocal health, life mastering, personal value and family funcation. There are 24 questions in this questionnaire. 2.The study found that the overall score of teenage mental health status is acceptable. The scores of each category in descending order is life mastering, family funcation, psychophysiologiocal health and personal value. The scores of personal value trailed at the bottom as same as the results of Taiwanese Mental Health Inventory which selected by adult respondents. 3.There are six factors correlated with Teenage Mental health status: regular life, Internet time, care for others everyday, the frequency of interaction with people, the sum of chat objects at home, and the sum of people who teenagers could ask for a favor. Regular life is the most predicting factor on health status of teenagers, collage students and adult. When the frequency of interaction with people is among the acceptable range, the health status of teenagers, collage students and adult will be the best. 4.The mental health of teenage students affect by suicidal ideation and behavior, half of teenage respondents have suicidal ideation and behavior. Teenage students take more time on internet, get less scores of psychophysiologiocal health, even increase the risk of suicidal ideation and behavior. Linear Regression Analysis shows psychophysiologiocal health to be a significant predictor of suicidal ideation and behavior.
