Popis: | 107 This study mainly analyze the drawing process and discuss how the parameters in the drawing process will affect the size of the product. The material used in this study is stainless steel SUS316, and it’s flow stress curve is established through tensile test. Then input flow stress curve into simulation software to simulate. This study use the finite element simulation software DEFORM 3D to simulate drawing process, and the important parameters in the drawing process are discussed. The parameters include drawing speed, material temperature, parallel section length of the mold, reduction of the material, the yield strength of the material and the friction coefficient between the material and the mold. The study mainly focus on the change of the length of the opposite side of the finished product and under different parameters and the change of the mold load. Finally establish an empirical equation based on the relationship between the length of the product and the parameters. Finally, the drawing experiment is carried out to verify the applicability of the empirical formula. The results show that the trend of the parameters obtained in the simulation is the same as the experiment, and the error of the predicted value of the simulation and the empirical formula can be controlled under 2%. |
