Optical transport network is the major axis of constructing high speed network for future telecommunication section. It is a tough task in transmission design for taking advantage of accessible resource, scheming out fiber network, linking local utility room to build robust high speed network, and efficiently distributing bandwidth. In the study, the Optical Transport Network Planning Sharing Platform Software Model(OTNPSPSM) is applied to enhance transport network scheming efficiency by maneuvering network topology, optimizing protective route and delivering construction case automaticlly. The OTNPSPSM is constructed from various telecommunication parameters, by efficiently connecting current transport network situation and transport equipment evolution data to carry out topology adjustment. Meanwhile, to emphasize the competence of the OTNPSPSM, four aspects including development process, requirement measurement, scope management and communication management are applied and compared. The result reveals that the model can be efficiently built and perform well.
