Individually experimental demonstration of Aharonov-Bohm and Altshuler-Aronov-Spivak oscillations in different probe configurations in the BiSbTe3 topological insulator macroflake

Popis: | 107 We report the Aharonov-Bohm (AB) oscillation and Altshuler-Aronov-Spivak (AAS) oscillations in the BiSbTe3 topological insulator macroflake. It reveals Aharonov-Bohm (AB) and Altshuler-Aronov-Spivak (AAS) oscillations in the local and non-local measurement, respectively. The oscillation period in the local measurement (AB) are double of that in the non-local measurement (AAS).The AB oscillation period is 0.21 T and the related loop diameter is 156 nm which is consistent with the reported phase coherence length in topological insulators. The Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation frequency is the same but oscillation peaks reveals a π phase shift in the local and non-local measurement. The Berry phase is π in the local measurement and 0 in non-local measurement. |
