All collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, independent sample one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of this study are as follows. Vegetarian children have excellent performance in every item of physical fitness. There is no significant differences in the fitness between vegetarian children and non-vegetarian children. The physical activity of vegetarian children is significantly higher than that of non-vegetarian children. The more physical activity, the higher the fitness performance, but there is no statistically significant differences between the two. Only part of the physical activity and the physical fitness of vegetarian children are significantly correlative. The above results show that the physical fitness and physical activity of vegetarian children are not inferior to non-vegetarian children. It is recommended that teachers pay attention to the nutritional balance of vegetarian children, and encourage schoolchildren to take exercise regularly to achieve the recommended amount of physical activity provided by the Ministry of Education. That is the way for children to improve fitness and promote health.
