Popis: | 107 The development of experimental education brings a new vision different from traditional education. In addition to the emphasis on students’ active learning, the cultivation of cognition and thinking ability of creativity is also valued. With the implementation of Three Experimental Education Regulations, experimental education ushers in a prosperous period and all schools everywhere contend for attention. This research aims to explore the relationship among teaching beliefs,creativity self-efficacy,learning environment and learning satisfaction in experimental schools and the different effects of background factors on above-mentioned variables. By using questionnaire survey method and taking students of Grade 3 to 6 in experimental primary schools in Pingtung, Tainan and Taitung are chosen as research object, statistical data is collected from the questionnaire survey and Chinese versions of SPSS and AMOS21.0 are adopted for statistical processing and analysis of data and conclusion drawing. Research results show that there is no significant difference in students’ views on the variables among different genders and ages; there are significant differences in teaching beliefs, learning environment and creativity self-efficacy of students in different grades; there are significant differences in teaching belief and learning satisfaction of students in different regions; teaching belief has no significant influence on learning satisfaction of students; learning environment has positive and significant influences on learning satisfaction; teaching belief has positive and significant influences on creativity self-efficacy; learning environment has positive and significant influences on creativity self-efficacy; creativity self-efficacy has positive and significant influences on learning satisfaction; creativity self-efficacy plays a role of partial mediation between learning environment and learning satisfaction. Based on the above research results,this dissertation makes recommendations for the reference of the education administration, education leaders, and researchers. |
