Popis: | 107 Due to combat patterns, task characteristics and on different factors of production country, naval vessels of various types divided into different types of fleet, each fleet will be differentiated according to their different characteristics of the various annual performance appraisals. All naval vessels are repaired by all naval logistical shipyard and naval combat system factory(NCSF), but ship type, maintain level(depot maintenance, intermediate maintenance, emergency repair, projection)and items are different, and manpower, machinery, factories, dock, maintenance capability of different shipyard and NCSF are different. It is very difficult to estimate if resources of shipyards and NCSF are best used, or it can be improved in fair, reasonable and effective situation. This study uses TOPSIS and grey relational analysis according to shipyards and NCSF’s performance estimate framework to systematic empirical analysis. This study is in the light of input(number of labor, work hours, repair cost, number of machinery) and output(repair performance, proofreading scores) and analyzes the result of performance estimate of shipyards and NCSF in the same situation by TOPSIS and grey relational analysis.This study analyzes the 6 performance estimate model to compare rank of 4 naval shipyards. |
