Because of the popularity of the service industry F & B businesses have been increased, the demands of the human resources have also been increased. The most important thing right now is how to train the labors for the market demands. On the other hand, for a long time there have been a shortage of labors and the net costs and income has increased, so the human resource training has become a big concern. G Restaurant is one of the famous chain restaurant in the world. But the difference between G Restaurant and others is that most of others use full time employees as the main force but G Restaurant not. The study is to find training system og G Restaurant and part time employees training demands do match or not. The purposeS of the study are as follows: 1. To understand if G Restaurant have any difference on training demands between different rating on G Restanuant, and find out what's the true training demands. 2. To understand if they have any differences on training demands between different departments, and find out what's the training demands. The study focus is on G Restaurant training situation and analyze the training demands of front of house's part-time employees.According to the analysis of interview contents, the following conclusion emerge: The research finds that G Restaurant has a complete training system, and put emphasis on human resource's training, development, and research. On the other hand, behind the operation division director, they combine the human resource and training department• So, G Restaurant make minimum difference between training demand and training system. Finally, management and training education advices ae offered.
