Popis: | 107 The injury to the forearm is one of the symptoms that most labors suffer. Nowadays, labors need to use a variety of different equipment such as keyboards, mouse, mobile phones, and other tools which need to use the arm for a long time at work, so it will put the forearm in the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). The common reasons in CTS are overworking and no proper time to take a rest so that the accumulated pressure leads to unbearable stress on arm muscles, and then cause “occupational injury”. However, once the occupational injury is caused, people need to spend a lot of money and time seeing doctors and getting rests to recover. Using surface electromyography (SEMG) recorded the signal of the arm muscles to analyze and give judgment on fatigue characteristics has the advantages of convenience, simplicity, inexpensive, and without intrusion in the human body. In this thesis, the fatigue level evaluation of forearm based on the fuzzy algorithm is developed. The fuzzy algorithm applied to the expert early warning system of fatigue analysis calculates the subjects’ fatigue level according to the muscle signals, heart rate change and working time to remind users whether to stop working to take a rest. The experimental results show that when subjects’ muscles have reached the fatigue warning level, the proposed system can alert and display the fatigue status, and give immediate reaction to the users and supervisors through intelligent devices and make expert recommendations to prevent occupational injury, and improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of medical expenses. |
