This study uses the motivation, participation, and performance framework proposed by Roberts (2006) as the research framework. The Construct include Peer reputation, Social ased benefit, individual self-learning norms, social learning norms and satisfaction of the outsourcing information system. We use survey method and convenience sampling. The data analysis use SmartPls 3.0 software. Data analysis result, we found individual self-learning norms positive influence satisfaction. social learning norms positive influence satisfaction. Peer reputation positive influence individual self-learning norms and social learning norms. Social based benefit positive influence individual self-learning norms and social learning norms.
