Teaching Narrative Investigation from the three Taiwanese Teachers who Graduated from the Institute of Taiwan Languages

The purpose of this research is to understand the Education of Native language from the three Taiwanese teachers who graduated from the Institute of Taiwan language. Also to investigate that the three teachers entered teaching site of Native Language in different positions. In addition, what does three parts (pre-work section, teaching site, teaching troubles and needs) influence Native Language teachers? And what is the result? This research is nature research. The author used the teaching narrative research method and participation observation method as the main research method. During the interview, the author asked three participants on the three aspects of pre-work section, teaching site, teaching troubles and needs, and analyzing after the data was be collected. The author summarized the influence of Native Language teachers’ teaching and the factor of behavioral reaction into three parts, including “teachers’ education training”, “teachers’ resource acquisition” and “teachers’ Taiwanese ability”. The results as below: 1. Education training: Education training plays an important role for the local language teachers. The perfect initial training can improve the educational effectiveness when doing the on-site training. 2. Resources acquisition: Resources acquisition can influence teachers’ teaching. The rich teaching resources help teachers to carry out diversified teaching design, guide the students to do the diversified development, and also contribute to local language teaching and cultural heritage. 3. Taiwanese ability: There is a positive correlation between the local teachers’ language ability and teaching effectiveness. In order to improve the teachers’ Taiwanese ability, teachers must strengthen themselves hard. To support the teaching skills for local language teachers and protect students’ right of learning, the government should plan the measures as soon as possible.
