It is very convenient for people to use the internet to inquiry data due to the development of the Internet. When people look for work, they use the community websites to query and discuss their opinions. In the meantime, it is very important for enterprise to establish and maintain a good corporate image, and it’s not immutable, whether an outbreak of social events and crisis management will affect the emotional image of companies discussing articles on community websites. The purpose of this study is to use R and text exploration technical analysis of big data. The company of this case has a total of 24 time points on a quarterly basis from 2013 to 2018 before and after the social events. After the case company relevant texts discussed articles acquisition in the PTT community, pre-processing, data processing and analysis were carried out, and the data visualization word cloud was used to present the distribution of key topic words. Finally, explore the publics opinion on the sentiment analysis of the case company discussion articles.
