A Study of the Information Sharing Behavior in Virtual Communities of Junior High School Teachers in Kaohsiung: FACEBOOK As An Example

The main purpose of this study is to explore that with the advent of the digital age and the progress of information technology, there is almost no limitation of time and space between people, and the Internet has become an indispensable tool for people to live. With the high use of network community and instant messaging software, the Internet has had a great impact on the traditional education model. Not only do teachers have a great increase in the probability of relying on the Internet in teaching, but teachers must also integrate the resources of the Internet into the daily teaching content.In addition, teachers are faced with parent-teacher, teacher-student and other external environmental problems, the traditional teaching methods have been unable to bear the change of the environment, so the teaching and learning difficulties faced by teachers in modern society are also very different from those in the past. This study attempts to use the quantitative research method of questionnaire to understand the current situation of teachers using Facebook community in Kaohsiung City, to analyze the related behavior of teachers in online community information sharing, and to further explore the relationship among teachers' community trust, community support and information sharing behavior among teachers. The results of this study are summarized as follows: (1) the current situation of community trust feelings of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City is medium, and the feelings of community support and information sharing are also medium range. (2) the overall community trust of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung is affected by demographic changes, and the trust of male junior high school teachers in the whole community is significantly higher than that of female junior high school teachers. At the same time, it is also affected by the change of some usage (frequency of use, average number of logins). (3) the overall community support of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City is affected by demographic changes. Male junior high school teachers have significantly higher trust in the overall community than female junior high school teachers. It is also affected by some of the changes in use (contact time, frequency of use). (4) in terms of overall information sharing performance, junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City are affected by some demographic changes (age, teaching funding) and use (contact time, frequency of use). (4) the overall information sharing performance of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City is affected by some demographic changes (age, teaching resources) and use (length of contact time, frequency of use). (5) there is a significant positive correlation between Kaohsiung junior high school teachers' perception of community trust and community support and information sharing. (6) Knowledge support, emotional support and trust among community members can significantly predict information sharing. Finally, according to the results of the study, the author puts forward some suggestions, hoping to provide more aspects for schools to promote the online community of teachers and enhance the professional development of teachers.
