Popis: | 107 This thesis focuses on the correlation analysis between resigning intention and job involvement, job satisfaction and regional factor in the Electrical Engineering Department of TRA. With this research, improvements can be planned, according to the major reasons for resignation concluded from the correlation analysis, to lower the rate of resignation. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was adopted, employees from ten branches of the Electrical Engineering Department in TRA were used as research objects, and the investigation was conducted by means of sampling. 493 questionnaires were collected. The highest valid rate of the three factors “Seniority,” “Working Attribute,” and “Registered Residence” is 98.58%, with the valid quantity 486. The lowest valid rate of the factor “Service Unit Category” is 96.35%, with the valid quantity 475. The analysis was performed by the SPSS software system with multiple analyzing methods, mainly including Scale Reliability, Descriptive Statistics, Independence Test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Correlation Coefficient and Regression Analysis. Result of this research indicates that “Working Enthusiasm” is the main factor influencing job satisfaction and resigning intention. However, working enthusiasm is not a significant reason for resignation when resignation is submitted due to career factor. “Working Responsibility” has positive correlation with resigning intention while resignation is related to career or regional factor. In terms of job satisfaction, both “Professional Skills and Working Environment Satisfaction” and “Leadership Style Satisfaction” can highly influence resigning intention that related to the career or region factor. Moreover, “Professional Skills and Working Environment Satisfaction” and “Leadership style Satisfaction” have negative correlation with the resigning intention related to career or regional factor. In conclusion, strengthening working enthusiasm helps workers raise the level of job satisfaction, and decline the resigning intention. |
