Popis: | 107 Taijiang National Park is the eighth national park established in Taiwan, its territory is rich in natural ecological resources and cultural history and the National Parks Management Office also tried to cooperate with local communities in eco-tourism. This study takes Taijiang National Park as a research area and using Choice Experiment (CE) to estimate the preferences of tourists for bird-watching ecotourism and constructing "Black-faced Spoonbill Watching", "interpretative service", "Day Tour Itinerary (Experience Activity)", "Group Size", and use "Tour fee and additional time to stay" as an assessment attribute to estimate the willingness to pay for the designed attributes. The results of this study were found:1. Visitors prefer to have black-faced spoonbills watching during their trip, combined one-and-two natural experience activities and preferred to reduce the number of groups to 10~20 people and 5~10 people. 2. Visitors can be divided into experienced birder and leisure-experienced tourists based on social background, attitude and bird-watching behavior and they have eterogeneity in preferences. Both types of tourists prefer to watch black-faced spoonbills during their trip. But experienced birdwatchers have higher requirements on group size, leisure experienced tourist prefers to combine experience activities and provide guided interpretive services during the trip. 3. Tourists generally do not tend to stay in the local area after the end of the tour this result can be answered by tourist’s feedback, due to the lack of accommodation services and nighttime activities. |
