The experience and influence of participation in life review program through art media on unmarried female executives of middle age.

Middle age is becoming a topic of interest as the average life expectancy rose throughout the years, bolstering the little-discussed stage of life into the spotlight. Social change and the increase in the number of educated women tipped the balance of the traditional male-dominated labor market, but it also led to an increase in the marital age of women. Middle-aged unmarried female managers also increased, becoming a new trend in the labor market. This study focuses on the experiences and effects that middle-age unmarried female managers experienced after having participated in six sessions (2.5 hours each) of one-to-one multimedia life review program. The aim is to select three study individuals within the age range of 45-55 years old with the purposive sampling method in order to conduct a qualitative and discovery orientated analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.Middle-aged unmarried female executives have similar female supervisory traits. The middle-aged unmarried female executives show similar characteristics in the course of reviewing the program, including: the courage to face the mission of artistic creation, the temperament that is biased towards rationality and time, the positive self-encouragement and expectation contribution to positive thinking and acceptance. Four things, such as one's own strength. 2.Professional attributes and personal traits affect the artistic creation style and focus of life review. In the course of reviewing the program, the artistic creation style and the focus of life review of middle-aged unmarried female executives are differently influenced by professional attributes and personal traits. 3.Middle-aged unmarried female executives can reflect on the past, integrate themselves, and start again. In the course of reviewing the program, the middle-aged unmarried female supervisors inspired to focus on self-state inward, and expanded self-awareness and self-consolidation through artistic creation, affirmed and accepted self-worth, and actively ushered in the future. 4.Middle-aged unmarried female executives in the retrospective program, cognition and emotions will be fluctuated and return to calm again. In the course of reviewing the program, middle-aged unmarried female executives will change and fluctuate their own life's perceptions and emotions. As the course develops and transforms, they return to calm again. 5.Life review in middle age, with the advantages of completing middle-aged development tasks and preparing for old-age life in advance. The middle-aged unmarried female executives completed the middle-aged review and reflective development tasks in the course of reviewing the program, and can prepare and plan the elderly life in advance with the direction and confidence of re-focusing life.
