The Key Success Factors for the Growth of Corporate Service Volunteer Groups: A Case Study of SME Honorary Instructor Association

Popis: | 107 Because of the advancement of society, volunteer service has become an important culture. There is a very special enterprise service volunteer group in Taiwan, known as the “SME Honorary Instructor Association”, which is supervised by Small and Medium Enterprise Administratiojn, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The voluntary service group whose main function is to provide services for domestic SMEs are organized by entrepreneurs, experts and scholars. This study uses this group as the research sample, and employs expert interviews and the revised Defifa expert questionnaire survey to explore and analyze the key success factors of the growth of this enterprise service volunteer group. The results show that the key success factors affecting the growth of corporate service volunteer groups include 43 factors from government policy, organizational culture, professional training, fund preparation, and volunteer self-identification sections. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the future development of the enterprise service volunteer group and the future policy making of the authority. |
