The Internet of Things (IoT) is currently the most popular terminology. The IoT not only connects to the Internet and assembles them, but also creates a lot of commercial innovations and new service values. In the future, it will create boundless opportunities for every aspect of business. In the early days, IoT did not have a long-distance, low-power consumption transmission for small amount of data. And there exists LoRa (Long Range) technology to improve this scenario now. LoRa technology is characterized by ISM transmission frequency below 1GHAz, receiving Sensitivity 0f -148 dbm, thereby achieves transmission distance up to 15 km, and has the advantage of low-power consumption. However, the initial setup requires higher cost, which restricts its widespread use. The main purpose of this paper is based on the concept of sharing economy for LoRa base stations, where everyone is a user and a base station. Wherever there are users, there are Lora network coverage. And so we may reduce the cost of building the base station dramatically. This paper applies the idea to pet tracking situations, and verifies the feasibility by experimental simulation. As the result, the more users share LoRa base stations, the higher its network coverage and density. It will raise the success rate of information transmission, and thereby helps to expand the network and improve service quality.
