Popis: | 107 Companies have established more benefits of leisure activity and expect employees to reduce their work stress. This study explores: (1)The relationship between communication、 participation、perceived supervisor support and employee’s involvement of leisure activity. (2) The relationship between employee’s involvement of leisure activity and work stress. In this study,350 questionnaires were delivered from employees of two companies,and 308 were received. Finally, 260 questionnaires were used for regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. The communication and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively related. 2. The participation and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively related. 3. Perceived supervisor support and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively related. 4. employee involvement of leisure activities and work stress are negatively related |
