Discussion on the relationship between employee corporate culture, job satisfaction and job involvement. - Case study: V company

"Corporate culture" has been a hot topic in enterprise research until now. Research on upsurge of corporate culture, both locally and abroad, has become gradually popular. This study takes "job satisfaction" as an intermediary variable to explore the effect of "job satisfaction" on investment of employees in a corporate culture. A semiconductor technology manufacturing industry (hereinafter referred to as V company) is taken as case study with its collection of employees. A total of 440 questionnaires were issued and recorded, the original data of 431 valid questionnaires were collected and sorted with an effective recovery rate of 97.9%. SPSS software was used for analysis of data; the results show three types of corporate culture: "supportive", "innovative" and "bureaucratic", with each having a significant influence on "job satisfaction" and "employee input". Although the influence measures are different, all show to have positive influences. According to the results of its intermediary effect, the three types of corporate culture show to have similar results; the higher the degree of recognition of corporate culture, the better the job satisfaction in the organization and the worse the employee's investment in the enterprise. Finally, based on the research's conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed concerning V company :(1) Strengthen the company's core value, and establish a tool to advertise the "Ten Business Concepts". (2) Build appropriate questionnaires to survey and understand the needs of employees. (3) Create a positive working atmosphere and improve the salary and reward system.
