The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation and predictive power between health literacy and physical fitness of Juniot high school students, and compared by gender and grade difference. Taking the students of the New Taipei City Danfeng high school as the research object, get two classes each year by stratified sampling, for a total of 6 classes (N=210). The health literacy of girls has predictive power on body composition and cardio endurance ; The health literacy of seventh-grade students has predictive power on body composition, softness, and cardio-respirence. The health literacy of eighth-grade students has predictive power on body composition and cardio endurance. The health literacy of ninth grade students has predictive power for all health fitness programs. Overall, regardless of gender, grade, health literacy has a predictable relationship to body composition and cardio endurance.
