Stress affects the skill performance during sports and is important issue to consider. However, the majority of studies measure psychological state via questionnaires and studies used the immediate monitoring reminds less discussed. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of different stress conditions on the value via wearable device. The participants were 24 athletes who participated in the HBL high school class A basketball team in the 2019 academic year. In different stress states, the two way ANOVA was applied to compare the heart rate variability (HRV), the standard deviation of normal to normal (SDNN), and the standardized low-frequency power (nLF). The results showed that there is a significant difference under different stress conditions in the HRV (pressure was greater than no pressure). In addition, there is a significantly difference in different stress states in HRV (during the game < after the game < before the game). In the term of SDNN, there is significant difference in different conditions (during the game < after the game < before the game). For nLF, there is a significant difference in the before the game and during the game. There findings suggest that the study of pressure intervention is successful, and the wearable device system can effectively deal with the pressure detection in sports
