However, after countries compete each other to expand capacity, eleven international anti-dumping, countervailing duty trade wars happened in 2011~2018. Through the study of the occurrence of 11 trade wars, we seek for the impact on the solar energy industry, the regional transfer of the supply chain, and the impact of the industry on the enterprise strain, to explore the development direction of the solar industry supply chain. At the same time, comparing the different industries in the trade war and the same and different places can further construct and clarify the application breadth and application depth of the paper. This study also analyzed and compared the solar energy industry with the steel industry, which was frequently affected by trade war. The conclusions of the study are as: first, the solar energy industry from the subsidy policy, is not supply and demand model, such an industry easy to evolve into a stall industry. Second, Taiwan's solar industry because of the migration and tumble of the international market situation, there is a gradual marginalization of the worries, need to transform to seek a breakthrough. Third, anti-dumping and other trade barriers won’t disappear in the world, but trade war can not limit industrial development, nor can it become the competitiveness of enterprises or national competitiveness. Forth, business operators should take the trade war risk into the company's management decision-making process. At the end of year 2018, it is expected that through the conclusions of this study, solar practitioners and companies should be provided with reference to the risk of trade war. |
