Popis: | 107 In recent years, due to the rapid development of industry, machining technology has been moving toward higher speed and precision. In addition to the increasingly sophisticated machinery and equipment, the variety of innovation of manufacturing technology, improving quality of products and improvement of manufacturing processes are the key factors in the industrial competition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the vertical machining center combined with the CNC Rotary table (fourth axis) as the rotating shaft with mold base and fixture to engage in mass production processing of mechanical components to discover the key factors for its improvement. In general, the vertical machining center has good performance in the production cost-benefit analysis of the positioning accuracy, tool changing time, production efficiency and streamlined manpower improvement as comparing with the traditional single-sided processing machining center. This research is focus on the processing strategies of the vertical machining center in medium and large amounts of products from general milling machines. Firstly, the proposed method discusses the document reviews and expert interviews in the machinery industry, and integrates the factors and indicators of processing strategy for the vertical machining center. Then, we apply fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) to verify the consistency and convergence of expert opinions effectively. Furthermore, we use the decision-making laboratory method (DEMATEL) to determine the relationship and correlation among the key factors of vertical machining center. Finally, the key factors and most important degree ranking of vertical machining center are analyzed by the DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process (DANP). This study found important manufacturing processes and strategies that reduce tool consumption, manpower requirements, and improve the accuracy of repositioning unprocessed products into machines while providing multiple raw materials and cutting multiple sides of the product. Moreover, this study explores the processing strategies and develops significations of management to provide the related industries for improvement of manufacturing processes and promotion of work efficiency. |
