Popis: | 107 Northeast Asia is currently the most densely populated region with a large global influence. The Korean Peninsula is an important geographical location in Northeast Asia, and North Korea’s nuclear weapons development has always been an important issue affecting regional security in Northeast Asia. Under the leadership of the "first army politics" of the three generations of the Kim family, North Korea has continuously carried out military weapons research and development and test-explosion of nuclear weapons. It is a global unexploded bomb. On April 27, 2018, South Korean President Mun Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un" Mun Jae-in with Kim Jong-un meeting " met in the Panmunjom to ease the situation on the Korean Peninsula. At the same time, Kim Jong-un and US President Trump June 12 " Trump with Kim Jong-un meeting " The layout has become an international political event in the 21st century. This paper mainly discusses the nuclear weapons policy and substantive progress during the period of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong-un, analyzes the impact of North Korea''s nuclear weapons development on regional security in Northeast Asia, and explains the relationship between North Korea''s use of nuclear weapons and the interaction of Northeast Asian countries. The study found that the three generations of North Korean leaders have different motives and purposes in applying nuclear weapons strategies. Consolidating political power, economic interests, and becoming a nuclear-armed country are the purposes of Kim Jong-un’s development of nuclear weapons. In addition, even if the two-headed Mun Jae-in and Kim Jong-un summit talks and the " Trump with Kim Jong-un meeting " between the United States and North Korean leaders are held, it is impossible to obtain the guarantee of North Korea’s nuclear abandonment, plus the nuclear weapons commitment from the past two generations of leaders. In view of the fact that the possibility of denuclearization on the Korean peninsula is very low in the future, the North Korean nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula remains a key factor affecting regional security in Northeast Asia. |
