Popis: | 107 Component assembly foundry is the end of the electronics industry supply chain, and the performance of assembled OEMs since 2001 has fallen sharply. Therefore, reducing inventory, increasing production capacity, and lowering operating costs have become options for improving earnings performance. Production scheduling is the most important basis for the production line to arrange production management. An effective scheduling program can reduce production costs, increase production line capacity, shorten customer order waiting time, and complete customer orders during delivery. The SMT segment process scheduling is an Open Flow Shop. The order of the machines through which each job passes and the order of work on each machine must be considered in the production. The customer will set according to different product requirements. Different operating procedures are required, and in order to meet the needs of temporary rush orders and machine sudden situations, it is necessary to quickly fine-tune or rearrange the schedule. The scheduling characteristics based on open process production are highly complex. Using the traditional dispatching rules, it is impossible to reduce the maximum completion time and improve competitiveness, and it is not possible to respond to temporary rush orders and machine sudden situations. Therefore, this study refers to the relevant literature in the past and plans a SMT Auto Scheduling System (SMTASS) for SMT segment process. |
