Research on Innovative Strategic Management of Tutorial Classes of Elementary School – Taking the Pingtung County as an Example

This study mainly discusses the innovative management of the national small tutoring class, adopts the literature analysis method and the interview method, understands the current situation of the operation of the national minor tutoring class, and puts forward specific suggestions according to the research results, achieves the research purpose, and makes the research results more perfect, according to the research. The main purposes of the research are three: 1.To explore the background factors of the innovative operation of the Pingtung County Elementary School tutorial classes. 2.Analyze the practice of the innovative business strategies of the Pingtung County Elementary School. 3.Make recommendations based on the knot for the operation of the national small cram school. First of all, through the collection of documents and literature materials, the implications of the innovative management of tutorial classes, related theory and research, innovative management strategies and dilemmas of tutorial classes are discussed, and then interviews are conducted. The interviewees are tutorial classes teachers and tutorial classes managers. Finally, this study combines the literature analysis and interview data to obtain the findings and recommendations summarized as follows: 1.Administrative management, the administrative organization is the teacher's best supply line, the administrative efficiency requirements are very strict, a good administrative organization can provide the teacher's best administrative support and services. 2.In terms of curriculum teaching, students can implement teaching according to different degrees of students, develop learning interests and their potentials, and promote students' self-realization and ideals. 3.In terms of student performance, teachers can use diverse and creative activities to attract students' interest in learning, and at the same time give students appropriate teaching to meet the individual needs of students. 4.In terms of environmental resources, strive for resources, update old facilities, obtain social support from community resources and parents, achieve the ideal of improving the environment of cram schools, and stimulate students' motivation for learning. 5.The enrollment strategy can accelerate the provision of better moving services to meet the needs of students and parents' expectations and actively improve the quality of teaching and the quality of services.
