Popis: | 107 Taiwan's demographic structure is aging and will soon become a "super-age society". Young people's fertility will be reduced. The aging index has reached 113.18 in January 2008. Young people are taking care of the families of the silver-haired family because of their indiscriminate employment. Therefore, many enterprises are actively developing and setting up a silver-haired health village, hoping to alleviate the burden of young people taking care of the families of the silver-haired families. The demand for land development and construction of health villages is increasingly affected. Pay attention to it. This paper takes the study of the successful business strategy of the complete service business model--taking the development and construction of the health village as an example, mainly discussing that after the retirement, the silver-haired people can gather in a good quality of life, life function and convenient transportation, and can be adjacent. The hospital has high-quality medical quality care and is suitable for retirement development and construction of health villages. The focus of this study is to first understand the general situation of land development and construction in the whole health care village in Taiwan, and then reorganize the relevant business strategy literature. Through the experience and literature review of domestic and foreign academics and industry experts, the development and construction of the health villages are organized. This study uses the fuzzy Defi method (FDM) to screen and extract the key evaluation criteria and sub-criteria that all experts agree to be representative and reliable, and use the FAHP method and the similarity integration method (SAM) to find out The strategic guidelines for the successful operation of the business model of the complete service of land development and construction in the health village. It is hoped that the strategy and management implications of the successful operation of the land development and construction of the health village using this research model and its results can provide an important business management reference for the industry. |
