The Study of the Relationship Among Leisure Motivation, Leisure Participation and Work Stress─The case of Elementary School Teachers in Yunlin county

The main purpose of this study is to understand and explore the relationship among leisure motivation, leisure participation and work stress of primary and secondary teachers in Yunlin County. Use the National Primary School Leisure Motivation Scale Leisure Participation Scale and Work Stress Scale as research tools to understand the leisure motivation, leisure participation, and work stress of the national primary teachers, and to analyze the different demographic variables in leisure motivation. In this study, Yunling County Elementary School teachers were used as the research scope. A random sample questionnaire was used to survey the Yunlin County Elementary School teachers. A total of 420 questionnaires were sent out and 412 were collected. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires such as missing answers, the total number of valid questionnaires was 376. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 91.2%. 376 former teachers of Yunlin County Elementary School are conducting research for research purposes. The data were analyzed by SPSS22 statistical software package for descriptive statistics independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance, pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression. The results are as follows: 1. Respondents have a high level of leisure motivation, leisure participation and work stress. 2. There was no significant difference in leisure motivation, leisure participation and work stress among different “background” respondents; respondents only had significant differences in leisure motivations with different “highest education” options, but participated in leisure activities and work. There was no significant difference in stress. 3. The stronger the leisure motivation, the higher the level of leisure participation. 4. The stronger the leisure motivation, the less effective the work pressure. 5. The level of leisure participation and the inability to reduce work pressure.
