The central issue of this research concerns the efficiency of user interface and website interactivity to improve user experiences and help more successfully reach the goal of information transmission, meanwhile to increase the preference of the website, or influence the later behavior of the user. This research investigates the design of user interface and website interactivity design by using stray animal websites as a case study. Five stray animal websites have been selected and analyzed. In addition, a stray animal website has been built by using “interactive function design” as the central concept to present the vividness. The story-telling design is adopted to increase the immersion of the website which lead users to go through the story. It may increase the interactivity of the website, and also reinforce the identification of website content. It is hope to improve the efficiency of information delivery of stray animal websites.
