A Study of Class Teachers' Attitudes, Approaches, and Needs Toward Implementation of Parental Education

Popis: | 107 The purpose of this study is to explore the attitudes, orientations and needs of home-room teachers in implementing parental education, and to understand the influence of teachers' attitudes, orientations and needs on the implementation of parental education. This study uses literature research and questionnaires to conduct research, using the “home-room teacher's questionnaire to promote the attitude, orientation and needs of parental education” as a research tool, and using stratified sampling to classify students in Kaohsiung City National Primary School. The instructor conducted research on the subjects, and the effective questionnaire was 572. The following conclusions were obtained from the data analysis of this study: Home-room teachers are positive about the attitude of implementing parental education. The orientation of implementing parental education is moderately positive, and the demand for implementing parental education is highly demanding. In addition, home-room teachers with different background variables have some significant differences in promoting attitude and driving orientation. However, home-room teachers with different background variables have no significant differences in driving demand. To a relevant extent, home-room teachers are positively related to promoting parental education attitude and promotion orientation, promoting orientation and promoting demand, and promoting attitude and promoting demand. There is a significant predictive power in promoting attitudes to promoting orientation, promoting orientation to promoting demand, and promoting attitudes to promoting demand. Therefore, it can be known that the more positive attitude in promoting parental education and promoting orientation, the stronger demand for promoting parental education. Finally, the researcher would like to give a number of suggestions of research results to educational institutions, parental education planning and future researchers. |
