| Popis: | 107 Network generation has thriving the convenience of the real estate industry, however, on the other hand, the problems from the process of transaction will also follow behind. Moreover, the number of cases often ranks the top in the judicial cases. Currently, judges have the tendency to deal with these cases with ADR and ODR, but most of the real estate systems of transaction are lack of objection and the suggestion. This Construction of Real Estate Transaction Dispute Query ystem is designed to record the relative cases for reference when dealing with dispute. The only way to cease the dispute is to let people know the reason in advance. Moreover, through interaction to achieve sustainability as well as practicality. To gain information from network platform has been a trend. Our research aims to provide numerous cases of dispute of real Estate transaction for public. Not only offer the cases of disputes, but also provides the society of information which relative to real estate. This network platform provides two ways for searching cases, first, the interactive online conversation. By means of guided dialogue to assist for searching cases. The second way is key word finding. There is no need professional terms to find plethora cases as well as the latest news of real estate. Our network platform adopts survey by questionnaire. Consulting opinion through interview, focus on the way of tackling dispute of real estate. Overall, we construct this platform by quantification with analysis to provide people with more accessible way for searching myriad of cases and take it as reference. Our platform possesses several features: First, adopt virtual robot as helper having conversation which avoid perplexed professional terms to make users searching easier. Through the survey of the network platform, 63.9% of respondent reply that it is an accessible searching machine because of its non-professional terms and information guider, which is the best achievement. Second, the platform utilizes dendrogram system to analyze myriad of dispute cases that can easily be found by users. Third, it is flexible that the users can use this platform by laptop、phablet and smart phone at anytime and anywhere. Last but not least, respondents also reply the fact that 78.7% of them will reference to others；63.9% among them will reference to their friends and 47.2% will reference to their family members. It is obvious that numerous people love this platform and spread away rapidly and this is the core gateway to let others know the existence of this platform. Our research aims to design a platform about the real estate dispute cases to aid those users by virtual robot to solve information asymmetry and reduce the occur of dispute relative to real estate. |
