Organizations encountered great competitive pressures in the era of advanced technology. In order to enhance competitiveness, the government actively promotes many policies to enhance people’s information technology (IT) capabilities. In the meantime, the government has promoted many policies relevant to information education. It has nurtured the IT capabilities of teachers and students from the elementary school and encouraged teachers integrated IT into instruction to enhance the learning effectiveness and information capabilities of students. Much literature has been explored the factors influencing elementary school teachers'' IT integrated into instruction. However, teachers have encountered many problems in the integration of IT into instruction. Based on the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), this study thus explores the factors of teacher''s IT integration into instruction, and hope to have a more complete understanding of the reasons that affect the teacher''s IT integration into instruction. In data collecting, this study applied the purposive sampling and distributed questionnaires to respondents who are Elementary school teacher in Kaohsiung via Internet. There were 206 valid questionnaires have been received. The results showed that relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, observability, executive executive cognition, government policy, vendor support, innovative attitude, information technology attitude, information technology knowledge have positive influenced on teachers'' IT integration into instruction. Finally, this study proposed specific suggestions to enhance teachers'' IT integration into instruction.
