Popis: | 107 Since “Government Procurement Act” has been implemented in 1999, the Gov-ernment also promulgated many enforcement rules and related regulations which dra-matically increased the job stress on procurement staff. Consequently, the staff may be suffering pressure disorder, physiological disease and suicidal thought with enormous pressure from physiological and psychological. This research is based on questionnaire survey method with Likert five-point scale to conduct the investigation for the staff of the manufacture related procurement de-partment and other purchase demand department in an armament plant. The business perception, work pressure and staff expectation were carefully investigated the potential and feasible plans. Then, based on statistical analysis from valid collected questionnaires, the hypothesis of this study has been validated by the basic data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and verification of the subjects. Case study results demonstrated that military procurement staff might file resign or transfer to another position due to unexpected tremendous working pressure. This would be a huge loss and damage for the service unit. The suggestions of this research are: (1) reasonably distribute professional business, (2) routinely internal transfer, (3) periodically review arguments and attend procurement workshops. The proposed sug-gestions based on research outcome can be provided to other military procurement units as important references. Keywords: Government Procurement Act, job stress, questionnaire survey, Likert five-point scale. |
